Over 50s Keep Fit: Monday 9.30am Stamford Bridge Sports Hall.  A fun and friendly class suitable for all fitness levels. An opportunity to improve cardio fitness, strength, co-ordination and balance.

Cardio Fit: Monday 7pm Stamford Bridge Sports Hall.  An opportunity to improve your cardio fitness level with a varied exercise programme including Interval Training, Step Cardio, Country Heat, Cize and Circuits.

Pilates: Tuesday 10.45am Stamford Bridge Scout Hut. Exercises that combine strengthening with relaxation, lightening the load on the spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances.

Chair Pilates: Tuesday 12 noon Stamford Bridge Scout Hut.  A class suitable for those wanting to enjoy Pilates without the need for floor work.  Exercise designed to improve posture, strength and flexibility from a seated position with an opportunity to work on standing balance.

Pilates: Tuesday 6.30pm Catton Village Hall. Exercises that combine strengthening with relaxation, lightening the load on the spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances.

Pilates 50+: Thursday 11am Stamford Bridge Old Station Club.  A chance to enjoy some exercise and social activity.
